Sue Reynolds is an accomplished executive coach with over 30 years of global experience in leadership, organisational transformation, and career and talent development. She brings deep presence, commitment, and insight to her coaching, supporting leaders across corporate, public sector, and not-for-profit organisations.

Sue works with CEOs, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and emerging leaders across a broad range of industries—including construction, energy, healthcare, hygiene, logistics, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, and non-profits. Her coaching focuses on leadership challenges, people management, team effectiveness, career transitions, wellbeing, and building confidence at work.

Sue has led high-impact coaching engagements since 2021. She is a faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching, where she tutors on the triple-accredited Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. From 2014 to 2021, she also served as a Non-Executive Director at the AoEC, advising and coaching board-level leaders.

Sue’s corporate background includes 20 years at Pfizer, where she was a Senior Director of HR. In this global role, she partnered with regional presidents and VPs across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the U.S. to lead talent strategies, develop future leaders, and deliver high-level team and leadership development programs. Earlier in her career, she held a senior learning and development role at Age Concern England, designing management development for executive leaders.
