A natural problem-solver, Rick draws inspiration from his extensive mountain climbing experience, guiding his clients through challenges and difficult decision-making situations, enabling his clients to confidentially and confidently develop strategies and initiate action to address current business and team challenges. 

Rick partners with leaders across a variety of well-established, fast-growth, and emerging companies in various industries, along with several federal and state agencies. Additionally, he serves as an Executive-In-Residence and Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at the University of Richmond. An International Coaching Federation certified coach, Rick obtained his coaching certification at Georgetown University. He has an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA in History from Grove City College. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two sons.
