Sargaret is a leadership and team coach based in Switzerland with a passion for harnessing the potential in people. She combines three decades of experience leading teams in the pharmaceutical industry with her executive and team coaching expertise to offer unique and tailored support. Her executive coaching clients appreciate her ability to deepen their self-awareness, expand their leadership capacity and improve their performance to achieve their desired results. She often works with leaders at key inflection points in their career, such as transitioning into roles of increasing scope and complexity. As a systemic team coach, Margaret draws on her experience as a team leader and applies her signature coaching approach to unlock value for teams, and the systems and stakeholders the serve. She supports organizations in the design and delivery of leadership development programs and consults on organizational design, culture change and talent and capability development. ​

Her work is underpinned by her passion and commitment to make the world of work a better place for all by cultivating daring leadership, a sense of belonging and the pursuit of purpose-driven excellence. ​

Margaret is a graduate of IMD’s MBA program and holds a BS from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. She received her Post-graduate Certification in Business & Personal Coaching from the University of Chester (ICF PCC-level) and is currently completing her Team Coaching certification through the Association of Executive Coaching.
