Kelli Kolling is a leadership coach, management consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. She spent much of her career as a trusted advisor to senior executives and in developing, coaching and mentoring high potential staff and teams. As a coach she is committed to helping leaders and organizations achieve clarity and desired change.

Kelli has a grounded and empathetic presence and ability to listen and support her clients as they courageously navigate uncertainty and difficult situations. She helps clients expand their leadership capacity by increasing their self-awareness and understanding of the behaviors, thoughts and emotions that serve them as well as hold them back.

She has supported the growth and development of leaders in corporations, non-profits, educational institutions and the government through consulting, facilitation and coaching. She is a graduate and current Adjunct Faculty Member of the Georgetown University Executive Coaching Certification Program, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Kelli received an undergraduate degree in International Studies with a minor in French from Virginia Tech. She has a Masters of Business Administration in Strategy and Policy from Tulane University.
