With more than 2000 hours of coaching experience, Kate Freedman believes in being present and partnering with clients to actively support the thoughts and feelings experienced in each coaching conversation so they can respond to the transformation process and create a lasting change. Kate has 20+ years’ commercial experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Sales, Retailing and Manufacturing roles. In 2017, Kate led the Unilever UK’s commercial capability programme and was the UK’s internal executive and careers coach. She is also an accomplished facilitator and trainer and has supported leadership assessment centres for key talent groups.

Kate has also trained many internal coaches in Financial Services organisations and is connected to the coaching faculty in the banking and pharma sectors.

Kate engages in ongoing supervision and attends regular professional development opportunities—most recently attending “Reimagine Leadership,” a programme designed to support leadership coaching that is fit for purpose.
