Kandace serves as an Executive Assistant to Leigh Ann Errico of LAeRRICO & Partners. Kandace works alongside Leigh Ann, diligently providing executive support, project planning and execution, and organizational refinement. Kandace grew up in Richmond, Virginia before moving to Florida. She is currently working towards her Associate Degree.
