Julie Salganik

For over 20 years, Julie has equipped leaders and their organizations to deliver exceptional results working with and through others. With corporate clients, Julie helps catalyze effective collaboration (internally, and externally with a range of stakeholders including suppliers, alliance partners, outsourcing providers, key customers, and government agencies/regulatory bodies). She has designed and built alliance management functions; aligned and implemented account strategies; worked with teams to prepare for and work through complex negotiations; helped partners reimagine and launch more effective collaborations; enabled internal functions to manage change effectively; developed internal resource and knowledge management programans; prepared teams for high-stakes negotiations; designed and delivered leadership programs for new leaders; and coached high-performing talent. With start ups and non-profit organizations, Julie supports clients in aligning on actionable strategic plans and align their organizations and leadership in pursuit of their vision. Her coaching work supports leaders who are working to drive and navigate change, improve their leadership skills, build effective teams, and resolve differences.
Julie works globally with emerging and senior leaders and across functions. She serves as faculty at Tufts University and Bay Path University, where she teaches courses on negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution. She has served as Treasurer for the Board of Directors of multiple non-profits. Julie is a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a trained mediator (in accordance with M.G.L. ch.233 sec 23C). In her work with leaders, Julie draws on assessment instruments including The Leadership Circle, DiSC, and Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Assessment tools, as well as custom assessments to provide insights and help leaders develop their plans. Julie holds an MS (Foreign Service) from Georgetown University and an MA (History) and BA (History and International Relations) from Boston University. She speaks English, Spanish, and native Russian, and is learning Portuguese.
