Jayne Johnson
Consultant, Coach & Advisor
Jayne Johnson is a global talent development executive having spent the better part of her career inside organizations known for developing a strong leadership bench. She led leadership development for General Electric at GE Crotonville, one of the very first and world-renowned corporate universities in history. At Deloitte she customized the first-ever high-potential leadership experience for Partners and Principals, building a deep bench of experienced leaders with the capabilities required to deliver Deloitte’s strategic and financial targets.
Jayne has partnered with global executives at the C-suite and across multiple industries, ranging from the life sciences to financial services, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods (CPG). She facilitates high performance team sessions, new leader assimilations, and leadership development experiences. Her business acumen combined with her collaborative and candid style makes her a fan among executive teams.
Jayne is a co-founding Member of the Institute for Corporate Productivity’s (i4cp) Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board and is part of the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) Chief Talent & Development Officer NEXT, comprised of top talent development executives shaping the future of the profession. She has also been a Board Member of a local chapter for ATD as well as Co-Chair Executive Committee of The Conference Board’s (TCB) Executive Council for Talent and Organizational Development.
Jayne and her husband are recent “empty nesters”, enjoying a less hectic schedule with respect to kids’ sports and social activities and enjoying a cleaner house. She is a Peloton fanatic and enjoys walking and hiking, especially when up to her cabin in Maine. A former Girl Scout troop co-leader, she has continued her support of women by being a mentor for Women Unlimited, an organization dedicated to helping talented women to develop needed skills to become the next generation of top executives.
