Janeen Latini is a Professional Certified Leadership Coach and a Change Management Advanced Practitioner. Janeen’s purpose is to create healthy work environments where leaders and teams embrace joy while they achieve. Her unique brand of leadership advisory services is equal parts challenge and support. Her tough-minded strategies paired with her kindness-focused approach creates authentic relationships that nurture creativity, growth and clarity. She has a passion for facilitating the awareness and understanding of how race, power, rank, and privilege influence and affect organizational culture and effectiveness. Her coaching approach focuses on overall wellness and operates from the belief that every person can achieve whatever they choose. She prepares leaders to be successful in high-visibility, high-pressure situations, while finding balance and joy in their everyday lives. 

After a successful 20+ year management consulting career, Janeen left her executive position at Booz Allen Hamilton to focus on developing leaders and their teams. Her consulting expertise includes strategic planning, change management, communications, organizational development, facilitation, training, and IT development and implementation. She is adept at visioning and strategy development as well as supporting program implementation to help clients accelerate change adoption and reach stated goals. She is a skilled business leader who successfully built and managed portfolios exceeding $50M/year. While at Booz Allen, Janeen served as the Director of Culture, Inclusion and Change. A key project was to develop and implement an action plan based on the organization’s Human Synergistics Organizational Culture Inventory results. She understands the model, the strategies, and the implications of evolving a corporate culture from current to ideal state in a high-stakes environment. 

Currently, Janeen is a member of the International Coach Federation and Association of Change Management Professionals Joint Task Force to optimize the synergies between change management and coaching to offer new value and service to clients.

A lover of coffee, yoga, Pilates, half-marathons and travel, Janeen and her beloved daughter reside in Arlington, VA with their rescue kitties and pups.
