Eric Pierce has worked with Fortune 500 and middle market companies in almost every industry. In both executive and customer-service roles, Eric has personally coached and mentored dozens of leaders and managers. He has served as an instructor and facilitator for a long list of internal- and public-facing training sessions on a wide variety of technical and business skill issues, including various training programs for newly hired and recently promoted executive and managerial professionals to help them improve their emotional intelligence, leadership, management, decision-making, communication, delegation, feedback, and conflict resolution skills.
After attending law school at the University of Michigan, with a focus on tax and corporate law, he practiced law for eight years and was promoted to partner at his firm. He then chose to join one of the Big Four accounting and consulting firms. After 13 years, Eric left the Big Four to purchase an interest in a technology startup that designed, developed, and licensed a suite of Cloud-based eLearning software products and associated services, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President of Strategy.
Eric lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two adult daughters.
