Danielle has extensive work with front-line commercial, operation, R&D, and corporate functions across Europe, Asia, and North America. Her work with organizations in high growth as well as transformational change has given her the unique ability to help leaders and employees make measurable impact in any situation.  

Danielle’s last corporate role was the Head of Human Resources for US Commercial Oncology for Astra Zeneca. She led a team of HR professionals for a $7BN business with 1000+ employees. She partnered with the division Senior Vice President and executive leadership team to develop human capital action plans to support the company’s go-to-market transformation strategies for its fastest growing segment. 

Prior to, Danielle was the Diagnostics Hematology division Head of HR for Abbott Laboratories in Silicon Valley partnering with the General Manager on the turn-around of the business through culture transformation and organization talent strategy. She elevated the executive leadership team’s capabilities through strategic hires, coaching, team building and development opportunities.

Danielle also had a successful 15 year career with medical device leader, Medtronic where she led global corporate functions through post-merger transformation, led global leadership development programs of high potential talent, created internal coaching strategies, established mentoring programs all with global reach and embedded with diversity, inclusion, and engagement best practices.
