Daniel Stoltzfus, MD is a professional coach with an exceptional understanding of the healthcare industry. Over the years, he has mentored and coached thousands of healthcare professionals at every stage of their education and careers. He currently serves on the external coaching panels for four major healthcare systems across the U.S.

Dr. Stoltzfus brings a unique perspective from his 32-year clinical practice across two medical specialties. He has held faculty appointments at four prestigious medical colleges and currently teaches as a Professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Among his many achievements, he takes particular pride in spearheading organizational development and team-building initiatives within complex, multi-campus healthcare institutions. Notably, he was invited to speak at the 50th-anniversary meeting of the American Association of Physician Leaders.

His passion for fostering resilience in healthcare professionals and teams is deeply rooted in his own transformative experiences with life- and career-altering illness and injury. These experiences enable him to guide clients effectively through burnout, moral distress, and career transitions, helping them achieve wellness and professional fulfillment. His coaching style strikes a balance of support and challenge, empowering clients to uncover their internal motivations and pursue actionable solutions to the unique challenges faced by today's healthcare leaders.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Stoltzfus is a dedicated husband, father of two, and grandfather of four. He enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and skiing. He is actively involved in his church and community and provides pro bono consulting to a nonprofit organization supporting rare diseases.
