Ann Ferrero brings more than 20 years of consulting experience with a focus on driving business success through the optimization of human talent. ​

​The first chapter of her consulting career was in Talent Acquisition. Ann consistently hired top performers for her clients in highly competitive, scarce markets, often overcoming additional challenges like remote locations. She also performed analysis that helped her clients understand the costs, both tangible and intangible, associated with a “revolving door” of talent.​

​Those experiences inspired the next (and current) chapter of her consulting career where her assignments, though diverse in nature, have all coalesced around the same critical theme: driving employee engagement, development, and retention. ​

​For instance, Ann has performed long-term engagements as an Internal Communications Consultant for Novartis Corporation, Nestlé Nutrition, and Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, among others. She draws on strong strategic planning and writing skills and develops a wide array of digital and print collateral to promote product launches, support key initiatives (e.g., DEI, Health & Wellness), highlight individual and team achievements, help senior leaders deftly deliver difficult messages, and ease employees through periods of organizational turbulence. ​

​Ann has also performed Career Management and Career Coaching assignments for clients including Roche and DBM/LHH, once again, with a similar focus on enhancing the employee experience to engage and retain top talent. She is also skilled at providing compassionate support during wide-scale staff reductions, capably preparing employees for seamless career transition. ​

​Concurrent with her corporate assignments, Ann has enjoyed leveraging her in-depth understanding of the hiring process and related Applicant Tracking System (ATS) technology to work with a pipeline of individual clients, largely executives and high potential employees. In this capacity, she provides services such as job search strategy and coaching, personal branding, interview prep, and creation of career documents including search engine optimized (SEO) resumes/CVs/ LinkedIn profiles, biographies, and associated letters.
